Our Story
Jimmy P’s was founded by Jim Pepper Sr., a seasoned, third-generation butcher whose career spanned more than four decades in the meat industry. His dedication to quality and expertise laid the foundation for what our shops stand for today—authentic craftsmanship and honest service.
Following in his footsteps, Jimmy Pepper has led the family business for over 25 years, bringing a blend of traditional skill and modern innovation. With his background in computer information systems and business management, Jimmy has helped expand the brand while keeping the heart of the shop rooted in family values.
In 2010, Crystal Pepper joined the business, adding her expertise in business management and accounting. Together, Jimmy and Crystal have strengthened the operations while keeping the same customer-first approach that has defined Jimmy P’s since day one.
