   (1) The Kurobuta rib chops were the best chops I’ve ever had. I’m looking forward to trying the double-rib chops and St. Louis ribs too.
   (2) The Wagyu NY Strips are delicious. When I have room in my freezer, I’ll buy more steaks.
   (3) The Wagyu Patties were free, and I won’t complain about them.
   (4) Jimmy P’s Seasoning is very tasty.

   Sous vide the Berkshire pork rib chops @ 140 then seared. Absolutely the tastiest and tender chops I’ve had in ages! Burgers and strips also top notch when sous vide and seared.

   Thanks for the Quality Wagyu Steaks that were so tender.
   My wife commented how great and flavor full the burgers were.
   I will definitely order again from Jimmy P’S because of the quality at a fair price.
   Shipping was fast but the items on the top
   were not as cold as the items on the bottom, (an extra ice pack on top would of been better).
