   Didn’t have a whole lot of meat. Wakes the appetite more than it satisfies it. Did them on the grill, wrapped on longer than the other on purpose. Both were really, really good. Actually turned out better than the Snake River Farms ribs that I made in the over 3 days later, and less expensive. I’ll definitely get them again at some point.

   Babybacks are small. And as the "MAN" of the house, I eat more. Two baby ribs for three people leaves me with less for my mouth. But, I smoked these badboys for about 5 or 6 hours. Wife set up a table outside, with table cloth and everything, and the three of us enjoyed our Saturday lunch in the nice, Florida breeze … and then the wind picked up and it rained. Sucked. But they ribs were GOOD. In fact, I already ordered, and received, my second lot.

   The sort of ribs that are better for SELFISH people and single folk. If you have a family … buy 2 packs. When done right, you really don’t want to share. True story.
