This is the second year that I have ordered this for Passover seder. Everyone raves about the brisket and I take credit for it, but,in reality I think that it’s the fact that it’s wagyu. I live in Florida so the Florida resident shipping is particularly helpful. The full brisket makes enough for a 6 to 8 pound traditional flat brisket and another 4 pound or more to freeze for later slow cooking.
