"Fork tender" takes on a new meaning with this tenderloin, which is – without doubt – the best we have ever had. Tender and flavorful. Seasoned with just a bit of salt, pepper, and olive oil to let all the flavor come through.
Would rate your Wagyu burgers as 5 stars, also. These are a tremendous hit every time we serve them. Friends always ask where we get them.
