consistantly, the best strip steak to serve to family and friends. spinkle with JimmyP’s rub, grill temp to max, 5 minutes turn and 3 more let stand for 5+ and med.rare to perfection. enjoy them in Naples and have them sent to NJ in the summer.

My son and soon to be daughter in law sent us a package of strip steaks, filet mignons and pork chops along with the seasoning rub and steak sauce as a Christmas gift! My husband and I have never had steaks so delicious…they melt in your mouth. The neighbors were texting us how the aroma from the grill was out of this world. We have since sent these as gifts and have had the same rave reviews. These will be the only steaks we eat and the only place I will order our meat!
